I can no longer managed folders in my hotmail account that has now become outlook. There use to be a button to the right of the folder link I could click on to get to managed folders. Now all I have is a partial circle with an arrow and no functions. Cynthia C.

I have changed the content of a group but when sending an email to that group name Hotmail sends to both the old and the new contents. How? and how do I fix it?

I found out this weekend that my account is hacked. I already filled in your form twice but it didn't work. I urgently need my hotmail account  for my work. How can i get my acces back.

Why can I not find the junk filer option on this new stupid outlook version of hotmail

I am trying to alter my junk filter as recently I have been getting lots of junk mail.

When hotmail was simply hotmail this was easy to do by changing the filter in the options category, but now I can't seem to find anywhere that will let me do this and it is very frustrating!

 

This new Outlook version is not easy to navigate around because there are NO OPTIONS! Thinking about leaving hotmail, what is a better email provider?

 

Please help?!!??

last night around 10pm I inadvertently emptied my sent items folder and then emptied my deleted items folders.

I would like to restore my sent items folder.

is this feasible?

how do I make it happen?

I am not receiving emails that have been sent from a particular party and that party is not on my blocked list. Why are these emails not coming through to my inbox?

depuis le transfert de hotmail à outlook.com  j'ai de grandes difficultés à accéder à ma messagerie le message suivant s'affiche le plus souvent :   Suite à un problème, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vous connecter pour l’instant. Recommencez ultérieurement.  cependant une fois sur 6 ou 8 j'obtiens la connexion  si je consulte la rubrique état du service il m'est répondu :  normal



Que se passe-t-il?
