i can not access my hotmail account , i got a message that it upgraded to outlook.com , how i can access it?
Like above, I can get into my e-mail site but everything is frozen up. Can not access new in box message or anything. Could this be based on the demand to change over to outlook.
My microsoft account shows my account name as the same old hotmail address with the notation "send and receive"".I changed the password .
I cant do either.
I've followed the suggestions I can find in the forum but no good.
Pls. help as I urgently need to send and receive from an elderly frail Mother.

I cannot print out the full content of emails and neither can I adjust the text so I only print out the content and not all the titles on email.

It's hard to explain. In my inbox I'm able to open my emails but they don't always load completely. Links within the emails don't work. I'm also unable to click on the different folders (sent, junk, drafts etc) as the links you click on to access them
are underneath the text that makes up the subject lines of the emails. Weird.
I can not print an email without the sentences being cut off on both sides. How do I print an email.without the sides being chopped off? I don't like not being able to see my email contacts all at once. I don't like Outlook.

It was easy with HOTMAIL. I just clicked on "Contacts" and made the changes. Now "Contacts" is not visible Where is it?.
