Original title : why can'$t I forward email messages suddenly - How can I get rid of Active View
My e-mails are coming in and I can read them but when I hit the reply button or the foward button, nothing happens so I cant reply back. How can I correct this?

When I opened my email, Outlook prompted me to change my password. I did not want to change it, but I had to in order to access my email account. Hotmail used to let me change my password back to the old one, but Outlook will not let me. I want my old
password back. How can I get it back?
why do we have to use Skype ,if we don't want to .I cant use the messenger unless I do ,all about IPods and ceil phones ,,which I will not be using on here all i need to use is email ,which I use Hotmail and would like to use messenger if possible, but don't have to have it. Have had my hotmail account hacked in march and can't get back into my account. I have forgotten the answer to my security question as I have ME ( chronic fatigue). I have entered thousands of online competitions so am missing out if I win. Computer
