Question about Outlook Express

I used to be able to connect to http://www.WSDinsider.com with my computer.  Did not have any updates installed lately. Thih website now comes with the error message "internet explorer cannoit display this bwebsite.  Any ideas as to what can I do? 

This is a website where I go to login and getb an investment letter.

I get spam e-mail and the to and from address are both my address and it is not something i sent.

用了十多年的帐号，太多联系人和邮件了，现在改怎么操作，可以取回，或者重置密码？或者帐户恢复（密码申诉）？
