Question about Outlook Express

When is outlook/hotmail going to get their act together. I'm fed up with them losing connection, freezing the page and making it difficult going from junk to inbox and visa versa. Since Outlook took over the email system has been a shambles.

Several times owing to unreliable connections I have been unable to send long messages that I have just written and am told to try again later. However the message I wrote has by then disappeared. But every time I write a message it is saved - so a prompt in the corner tells me - in the 'saved drafts' folder. But when I look in the drafts folder I find that the only messages it contains are ones written six months or more ago. None of my messages written in the last few months have appeared in this folder, even though every time I write a message I am told that the draft has been saved.

With the old system I was able to set it up so as to be really sure of saving a draft; with the 'new improved' system (which nobody asked for and nobody wants) I am told that drafts are saved, but it isn't true. I wish you would give us back our old hotmail; it wasn't perfect but it was a lot better than the current unusable mess! 

Original Title: Can not edit contact in hotmail.

Tab and mobile interface does not include the People window. You have to reconnect to the PC site to enable editing of contacts so this is why so many cant edit a contact! Simple answer - this feature is only available on the PC site. If you are on a mobile or tab, then you have been connected to a limited interface without the Peple window. Reconnect manually to the PC site, available at the BOTTOM of your screen, next to signout!

When I'm typing an email, and the font size will change to a smaller size all by itself. When I try to highlight all the text and select a larger size, the whole email goes to the smaller size. Suggestions?
