I can't find my groups in the people section of Outlook. How do I access my groups? The 'groups' used to show up at the bar at the top of the screen but is no longer there. HELP!
How do I set up and manage a group? The Manage Groups facility doesn't seem to be there any more.

I sent a message with bcc's to several people today. When I just tried to see who I sent it to, the bcc's don't come up. I tried hitting the down arrow and only the "TO: " recipient's name came up. I tried going to view message source, that doesn't work either. There must be some trick in Windows 8 that will work? I'm new with Windows 8 and am frustrated with it, as well as frustrated with the new Outlook vs Hotmail. In Windows 8 you don't get the same drop down items as in the past versions, right clicking doesn't do anything.
Also, I would like to view all replies individually, I don't like the way they all lump together on top of each other, you can easily miss a reply if they come a minute apart... I can't find a "conversations" setting where I can ask them to come in individually.
Please help.

For several months, I've been receiving phishing e-mails... from myself. My name, my Hotmail address. They're the usual PayPal login scams, etc. All are sent from a hosted site (most recent is hosteurope.de), with my e-mail address as the header
ID.
I believe that a contact's account may have been hacked, and their address book details copied and stored.
I've had my computer scanned - several times - no malware. I've also changed my Hotmail password - several times. They keep coming.
Header information in the e-mails happily discloses the site(s) from which the e-mails are emanating, and that the Microsoft server recognises that they're not from my account (identity alignment result is fail). Why are they still hitting my (and anyone's) Inbox - and how do I stop them?

When I try to attach a picture to my Outlook ( Hotmail ) I get a notice that says. Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. BUT
! If I go to my Hotmail in Firefox everything works fine.
Since the upgrade from hotmail to Outlook it has been a complete nightmare. When I go to send messages no names were coming up to enter and since investigating, it is apparent that my contacts are still there but all their email addresses have disappeared.
I have tried this on another browser and computer and it is the same problem.
Please help as a matter of urgency.
