I used to be able to put my contacts in to groups. It now seems thet when I enter a new contact I am only able to add them to 'favourites'. Why is this? I need to have smaller groupings of my contacts restored. How can I get this option back?

I am having an issue with Outlook.com.... as of March 1, I am not receiving any emails. However, sending seems to work. Where do I go to get this resolved? I have deleted all Blocked email addresses and still no effect. I am using Outlook.com through chrome browser but IE has the same effect. Please help!
Outlook hotmail I am losing e-mails off the screen, when I click to open an e-mail, It isn't in deleted , sent or drafts or any other place it is gone. This happens every once in awhile
When logging in to outlook, I check the small window requesting to stay logged in. Sometimes it works, but more often it does not. Any solution? Thanks in advance. MG
I don't see anywhere in Outlook to print an entire e-mail message. The only thing that prints is what is on the screen.

I just added a new contact and then went to manage contacts and wanted to put this new contact into a particular group. There has always been a header that said groups. It is not not there and has been replaced by links and add to favorites. I do not
want those. Can you please help me get this back?
