Since upgrading to windows 8.1
1. I can no longer open my quicken file from the skydrive folder in desktop mode
2. I cannot save the quicken file to the skydrive folder in desktop mode, it says "you don't have permission to save in this location. please contact your administrator."

GETS TO HIM IT IS REFORMATTED, I GUESS, HTML FORMAT. HOW CAN I GET PLAIN TEXT ON BOTH ENDS.
THERE SEEMS TO BE NO OPTION IN OUTLOOK FOR THIS.
Since we also have a website, we use a standard info@... adress.

The only problem is, this account gets disabled each time (after a few hours/days it was created).
We get a message that the inbox is no longer available, and that it might have been claimed by a company (!)??
First I thought this was caused by using forwarding rules etc. on this account, but It also gets deleted if I don't use this.
As you can imagine, this is pretty annoying, I had to re-create the account pretty often.
Today, I tried to recreate the account yet again, and got a message that the account name is in use, or is recently used and the waiting time before using it again has not expired yet.
Please fix the repeatedly removing of this account, we need this account to work.
