it said welcome to new outlook then emptied all my data from emails & calendar.
I'm not able to receive new incoming emails for my account for quite some time. I can send emails using the account but can't get any. For your information, I have not changed any settings or edit any options in my account. I'd tried sending an email to
my own account but the email was not received. The mailbox space available is still a lot. It just occurred suddenly for no obvious reasons. Can you please help me to solve this problem.

I have created a "Group Name," and I CANNOT add my Contacts to the group. I keep getting the message of adding FaceBook Friends, Twitter, and etc., All I want to do is create a "Group" with my friends in that group! This new Outlook or WHUT EVER is NOT

When I open the sign-off box on the upper right hand corner (under my name), both 'Available' and 'Invisible' items are in light color and not operable. How can I make it operable? I believe my problem is right there because my other computer work fine with 'Available' in dark color and marked. How can I fix my problem?

How can I insert a photo into an email -- i have followed instructions, but the photo disappears when I send the message.
My @hotmail.co.uk account keeps sending viagra (and similar) promotional emails to itself. I have changed my password, but this has not helped. Any advice? Thanks.
