Someone hacked my hotmail account today and deleted all my emails. I have access back to my account but all my emails are missing. Is there any way to retrieve them? Plz Help!

I have been trying to open my email since it switched to outlook express, and Iam not sure what happened, so can you please send me some solutions to the problem, I have very important emails that need to be responded to.
I have lost my "manage groups" function. Also even though I have delated people from my group, they are magically still being emailed! Help please!
