For about two hours I can no longer send out mail. I get a message that my account was deactivated. It also asks me to enter the characters seen in the picture to reactivate. There are no pictures or characters. The voice prompt keeps repeating different names and when I enter any of them it tells me invalid.
"For security reasons, this email account has been temporarily deactivated. A picture containing letters and numbers will appear when you close this window. To reactivate your account, enter the characters you see in the picture.

Hi there,
I have recently added my hotmail account that i have had for over 4 years to my android Samsung phone. I have been recieving messages regulary via mb phone, but now I cannot access my hotmail account on a PC. It says " Acount doesnt exists" Unyet im still getting daily emails to my mobile phone.
Please help fix this.

Hi, Please help me to able to log into my hotmail account. I was said someone is using my account, actually nobody is using my account but me, 2weeks ago, I took my computer with no battery to other states, since then I have not been able to log into my account including facebook. I filled out the form for recovery with required information on me but I am still struggling to get my account back,because some of my information is incorrect, I don't remember all information I put when I buit my account, I also keep calling Customer service dpt, and now I am able to reach this page, Could you help me to be able to log into my hotmail account? thanks.
Hello there, I need help getting my Hotmail email account under Outlook 2013 app Win 8 to be able to send an email to all of my contacts which are hundreds and hundreds and the problem is that the email is not sending anymore it stays in the outbox.
I purchase a subscription for a larger email space (add-free Outlook) and once it activated the subscription it started working but after a good 400 emails sent it is not allowing me to send more.
Please help!!!
