Question about Outlook Express

Hi,

I have a question. When I try to login to hotmail, it says my username does not exist. Have they deleted all my emails under this accoun t? If so, is there any way to get them back? I haven't used hotmail for a few months now. Thanks

I was just going through my mail and when I clicked Inbox I discovered that a majority of my emails had disappeared. 

Does anyone know how to retrieve a lost or forgotten email address (Hotmail/ Outlook,com ) I know other internet email providers have ways of finding out a lost/forgotten address by ways of the alternative email address you supplied on registration for example.  

I have lost my previous email that contained documents, pictures and all my contacts.  Have tried to set up transfer but have been unsuccessful.  Please provide me with  step by step instructions, I am extremely frustrated that I wasn't given a choice to keep my email account and it just disappeared overnight.  HELP!!!!!

have many many photos....thinking of scanning the ones I wish to keep and tossing the rest.   Will this take a lot of memory.  I expect it would depend on number of photos (100's)....and I don't know what silver light is or how it works.....

I have had "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" account for 7 years and when MS introduced the new outlook.com I rushed to reserve my name and only later I found out about I could have just upgraded my existing account.

I now would like to use my outlook.com account as my primary email and I also want all emails that will be sent to Hotmail to come to my outlook account as well. Simply put, I want to transfer all of my emails from Hotmail to outlook.com account and close the Hotmail.com account forever.

I have tried to close my outlook.com account and waited for 90 days but I still could not manage to upgrade my existing account.

I have been pulling my hair off to resolve this issue and it seems like MS doesn´t have a help desk for these issues.

Anybody´s help is much appreciated.

My father has had his Hotmail account for over a decade. He never changed the password. When he was bumped over to Outlook he couldn't sign in because he couldn't remember it. He cannot recover it because the account was created for him by someone in his office who didn't enter in the correct information. What can we do?

HELP!! Hi for the last couple of days I cannot reply to messages or forward them via my laptop, but I can via my Iphone.  Does anyone know how I solve this?  Have I hit a settings button without realising it? Really hope someone can help - it's proving very problematic . . .  thanks!
