I cannot open pictures that are imbedded in received e_mail messages.
Silverlight is up to date, as is Internet Explorer.
Deleted e-mails used to keep in the 'deleted' box for ages but now my box only keeps a certain amount and the e-mail I need to retrieve was around seven weeks ago!!!!! Help me please.........
I accidentally deleted 17,000 messages from my Outlook Inbox. Is there anyway to restore and move back into my Inbox?
I've added an aol email address to my outlook.com account and i'm not getting all of the emails.
The settings are correct.
I've added and deleted the email address a few times. Each time I add it I might get 1 or 2 emails from AOL, but nothing else.
I need to be able to get them in Outlook in a timely manner, not 3 hours later if that.
When I first added the email address it fetched all of the emails from AOL, then nothing.
I've done test e-mails, nothing comes thru Outlook.
HELP...I need this for business
So far I tried:
- Uninstalling/reinstalling.
- Adding/removing folders from the selection.
- Adding/removing physical folders.
- Disabling/enabling AV.
- Restarting, etc.
- Re-syncing everthing.
- Creating another user profile.
- Several internet connections, even in different continents.
Facts:
- OS Windows 8 x64, AV Windows Defender.
- No, I don't know which files are not synced because SkyDrive has a very limited interface and won't inform any basic information. But I do know that all new files I added were never synced.
- No, I won't navigate through 70GB and 100,000 of folders and files looking for those files which for-any-reason SkyDrive doesn't want to sync. If I have to do that, then I won't be using SkyDrive. Right?
- There is not official support for this, though I'm paying.
- Been having issues with SkyDrive for more than a year. Getting very tired of it...
- I'm no novice by a long shot. Please don't start with "have you turned on your computer?"...
Can these issues be resolved at all?
Is there any place to escalate this?

PROBLEM:
When attempting to run Microsoft Outlook 2013 for the first time since upgrading MS-Office Pro 2010, the following message appears:
Microsoft Outlook has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will colse the program and notify you if a solution is
available.
Close Program
So far and since yesterday's upgrade from authentic and generic (NON-OEM) Office Pro 2010 to Office Pro 2013 Medialess version, there is a problem with all applications running.
If anyone is able to assist, I would like to hear from you. The system is running on Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (NON-OEM) and authentic direct from the Microsoft Company Store.
