Is there a way for him to contact you in some way so that you can provide him the help that he needs? I am really trying to help him and cannot find any answer that is totally the same situation. I know that I have sent him recent emails which were not returned for a bad address, so the account is still active.

Here is the problem I have the domain @bottfamily.us registered with Outlook.com.
In that domain r....@bottfamily.us is the primary. Well somehow that primary account got marked inactive and I am not able to login with that account, and they say I cannot reactivate if for 365 days because they don't have enough info on the account. Which I think is a lie because I had every aspect of the profile filled out, including the security questions and my address and phone number and cell phone number for two step verification, and they even charged me .50 on my credit card to verify I was an adult.
I have another account r....b...@bottfamily.us which I can login and etc. However I cannot manage anything on my domain with this account because it is not the primary. ( I cant add/delete accounts, cant grant my children permission to do anything, cant change a child account to an adult account. I can do absolutely nothing to my domain and its accounts. How can I change my account admin. from r....@bottfamily.us to r...b...@bottfamily.us without the ability to login with the primary account? Or my domain and its accounts pretty much useless for the next year?
