i have a .live account that i have had for many many years i am now unable to access it as the backup account was changed from the real backup account i currently have what i feel is proof its my account but was unable to get through the automated system. i have an xbox live account tied to my .live account that i paid for with a credit card thats tied with my current address i can still log into my xboxlive account but im log right back off like someone is using it i also have emails that were sent from my .live account to my yahoo account that i can provide. i cannot remember any of the security questions that i put in it
