My bt account was hacked "The Stranded Traveller " and emails sent to all contacts, the hacker inserted a live account with the same recipient name into my account to receive all incoming messages and outgoing messages. My bt account is now clean but it would be appreciated if the live account was closed.

I need help to recover my boss hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). It seems he accessed his hotmail using his iPhone through an unsecured WiFi and email has been hacked and hacker start sending spam on 6th July. The account has been blocked by Microsoft. We
tried to recovery form, but since my boss has created the email on 2000, he don't remember information has been entered. We tried three time and collected as many contacts and email subjects he recently sent, but the reply always (not enough information),
and on third time suggestion came to get new email! This email is very important for my boss and can't be replaced. We need to recover the account by any mean. We are ready to send his passport copy, answer any question we can, verify by credit card ... etc.

My email account has been blocked for six months, I've filled in multiple validation requests, I've asked before in the forum - no joy.
Please don't tell me to fill in another validation request! I am very annoyed, my friends and family are likewise. I have information on my account I need for my tax return. When i came back from Germany, i noticed that my hotmail/outlook has been hacked. I couldn't go on my outlook anymore. I had to write verifications, but they mailed me that i didn't know so much information. I actually had no idea that you had to memorize
some information of yourself. I did these verifications a couple times, but they still mailed me that i don't know much information.
I'm now freaking out, because i use this emailadress for 5 years+
I asked on twitter if Microsoft could delete my account, but they can't do that. I just want that my account is back, maybe without those verifications because i have no clue what subject i sent lately, to who etc.
Please help me!
