This issue is not related to my account.
Three things happened before losing access
we first deleting the alias we wanted to make as primary account, renaming account to the old Alias we just deleted. end results, no access to email/contacts.
access to Calendar/ Skydrive is still ok.
The account has been used regularly, so it is not due to inactivity.
Can you assist? should I provide the account in question?

Facebook chat doesnt work in outlook.com, Windows 7 Messaging App, Windows Phone 7
Exact issue
1. No contacts from Facebook appear online
2. Facebook chat is set to OFF
3. Turning it ON again sets it to OFF
4. Reconnecting by every possible means to FB doesn't fix this.

Even though my outlook account is in sync with my FB account , i cant see my friends online and also my FB chat is off which cant be turned ON.

cuando se abre varias ventanas aparece fallo del controlador de pantalla o si no se congela la imagen luego se torna negra y aparese la pantalla azul sucede varias veces al día y me toca reiniciar la pc ya lo formatearon y sigue el problema con mas frecuencia
