This issue is not related to my account.

Three things happened before losing access

we first deleting  the alias we wanted to make as primary account, renaming account to the old Alias we just deleted. end results, no access to email/contacts.

access to Calendar/ Skydrive is still ok.

 

 

The account has been used regularly, so it is not due to inactivity.

 

Can you assist? should I provide the account in question?
