WMM Ver. 16 keeps crashing computer when converting edited version to MP4 or WMV

Saving movie that I have edited to MP4 or WMV and about half way through the system crashes and have to restart computer. I am not sure what is going on. Running the latest version on Win 7.

Age Verification Errors

I am trying to grant my child access to email and etc, and the system needs to verify my age by charging me $.50. So I sign in, enter my credit card info and it gives me a error saying:
"We are unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later. 
I have tried several different time on separate computers using different credit cards.

Not receiving any emails – reviewed everything and still not working

I am not receiving emails. I have reviewed the forum and I have reviewed all the options available. I have looked into the settings for mail being forwarded, I have reviewed the blocked email list (there was nothing there), and I have reviewed the safe senders list (it's everyone in my contacts list). In addition to that, I have cleared my cache, reviewed all my possible email settings and I am still not receiving emails. I am able to send messages, but not to receive them. I have used a different account, through a different provider and the emails are being sent, but responses are not being delivered. I recently had my email hacked, I recovered the account, removed all the previous settings, changed my password and reviewed my settings. I received one email after that, but not since. An answer from Outlook would be greatly appreciated. I see many people have struggled with this issue, and as the forums show, only one of the threads was helpful to one person. Please look into this issue ASAP. I would appreciate a response that is not a link to another forum and one that does not include all that is stated above pertaining cache, safe senders list, email forwarding, blocked senders list, looking at the junk file etc.

Error "This account can't be used to access Outlook.com"

You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with outlook.com.  Please click "here" to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com. (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).

What is going on?  I have used this email for a long time without issue.  Any help would be great.

PS
I've clicked the "here" link to sign out of my Office 365.  Does not seem to do or change anything.

How do you get the PC folder to synch??

How do you get the PC folder to synch??  Seems to only do so when booting up.  I saved a file via Win8 SkyDrive app and can see it if I go online to my SkyDrive account but does not show up in my local synched folder.  Locally the running SkyDrive icon informs me that I am up to date (synched two hours ago).  I do not see any way to force a new synch.  Am I nuts, missing something?  Thanks!  ~Joe

My hotmail account has been hacked and I can't access my account at all. The secondary email is not mine (I assume the hacker changed that) and I tried sending information via the Microsoft account recovery form but I got an email saying "because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know". So now there is no way I can get back into my account. Please help! I have all my contacts and sensitive information in this hotmail account. The account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Hotmail inbox cleared , lots of important e-mail lost!!!

Hi, 

I noticed this problem around 1-2 years ago. I log on to hotmail and saw that all my entire inbox was empty. I even had separate folders such as "Important" and they were all gone. 

Now I'm in need of those e-mails and there is no way to recover them. This is ridiculous!! How can I trust outlook if all my e-mail are cleared without explanation?
