As part of resolving a previous issue, I had to create a new live account. As a result, I now have a redundant live account that I'd like closed (I need the email released). I've tried to do this through the account.live.com - close account method, but it
tells me that I need to cancel those non-existent subscriptions & services that I haven't got.
It seems I am not alone in this issue and the suggested method is to create a thread to get it resolved, so here it is.
The account to close is this one I am writing from. It has no payment methods attached, not outstanding bills or credits, no subscriptions, nothing attached to it other than my email.

I am pretty sure that my email was hacked and by the time I was able to get back into it all of my inbox was gone.
Is it possible for Hotmail to provide the IP and location of those emails?
Can hotmail provide the activity logs for my account for a specific period of time to try and track who may have deleted or retrieved my inbox messages?

I thought I logged in about six months ago. But I can't access my account. How do I know if I went passed the 270 day mark?
I need to find out the email for the parent account that is linked to my Xbox Live account.
When I attempt to update the billing information, it asks for the parent account to sign in.
I am trying to register the domain name "westpaclaw.com" at the Windows Live Admin Center but cannot because the site believes the name is using "inappropriate" or "protected" words/language.
The domain has already been registered and it is being used for a law firm. Please advise if Microsoft will allow the the use of this name and unblock its registration as soon as possible.
