All e-mails were there until this week.
Please help me retrieve.
E-mails in my Inbox that were older than 30 days inbox have all disappeared. My e-mail was converted from Hotmail to Outlook about February/March.
I am trying to retrieve my Hotmail account and password which was working perfectly fine up until Tuesday last week 15/07/13. I have submitted several account verification forms with all information answered to the best of my knowledge. Each time Microsoft are unfortunately able to verify my ownership to this account. Its getting rather frustrating not to be able to access my account grr!! I've called your 132058 number and was told that there is no phone support for issues like this, and that they would email me links that I may get an answer (NOT). These links don't help!
I have had the same email address for over 14 years and content that is required. How can I verify that it is my account if my details aren't updated to my new smart phone or every time I submit a form I'm told that I haven't provided enough information!!!!
I just want to speak to someone personally and get an answer to my problem.

I have serious problem. My old account has deleted/disappeared (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). Last year, I changed the password cause some people were entering in. Problem is that I couldn't remember that password, because I changed it quickly. After that I was trying to retrieve the account by those formulars and stuffz, but I failed every single time, dunno why (I filled all those fields correctly, but still wasn't enough). I gave up after a certain time.
Tonight, I've tried to sign in, or at least tried to retrieve account once again, but iI've received information that account doesn't exist.
That account is pretty important because i register few games on it, and I need that acc for that games.. (Vindictus, Dekaron). I don't know how to prove you that is/was my account, but I have some screenshots to show you if there is any hope to retrieve the account. I remember the old password, I can tell you some contacts I had on it, dunno what else can be helpful..

How do I get spell check to correct or recommend the correct spelling? Hotmail provided this feature with a click on the misspelled word.
Recently my Hotmail account was hacked and the hacker put in their email as a contact to recover the account. I noticed this immediately and reset my password and removed their email as a contact however how can I be sure that I have appropriately locked
them out of the account?
Am not receiving old stored messages or folders from my Hotmail account. Why???
