my password works but my pin does not, I do not want to change my password, so how do I change my pin?

I use skydrive to share a sheet with my staff we all use different computers and browsers and normally have no problems
this morning the sheet opened with no problems in web app but now we have all been locked out and cannot get back in.
We are not receiving any error messages just the Excel Web App with dots running under it
We urgently need access to this excel sheet

just recently, I have not been receiving any emails from the website. I followed up with our mail servers and they sent me the following:

Why was Hotmail allowing me to receive emails forwarded on by webstarts.com in the past and now they've started rejecting them? I need this resolved right away as I can't respond to any clients at the moment!!!

This morning I wanted to add a specific alias to my outlook account. But when I tried to do so, i got a error that" You've added the maximum number of aliases. (We have a limit to help keep your account information safe.)
You can remove an alias and try again. "So to resolve this issues i deleted an alias, but the issue wasn't resolved. So I decided to remove all the Aliases linked to my outlook account (Approx. 10 of them). So when I tried again, I get the same error
message. Now it won't let me add the Aliases which I had earlier and won't even let me to add another new one. Please I want to recover all that Deleted aliases to my account. It's pretty important to have them. Please help me to recover them. My E-mail is-

I very much miss Live Mesh's ability to synch any folder on my PC to Skydrive. Is there going to be the ability to do this in Windows 8.1, or will Microsoft still require everything to be in the Skydrive folder on my PC. If so, does anyone know of a good competitor that has this functionality?
I'd prefer to use Skydrive, but if MS wants to require that docs be essentially cloud based and in a file/folder structure of their determination, then I would rather use another service. If MS's Skydrive Pro does this, then I am okay paying a reasonable price for this ability.

I have an unusual problem.
I registered a my custom domain with Microsoft today and got an outlook account associate with it. I don't have access to the DNS information so I cant do a complete forward of emails but this is fine as I am just doing a manual forward from Gmail ( Google Apps corporate Email" ) I am able to send emails from outlook but using my custom domain and I am receiving emails via forwarding in Gmail. If I try to add this account to my phone or a windows 8 pc using Outlook or Exchange it will not work. I am however able to add it using Hotmail. Why is this and is there any difference ?

I am trying to login to a Microsoft account which have not used for over a year. This account appears to have been locked or closed as attempts to login return a message stating the account does not exist. Attempts to create a new account using the original
username fail as apparently that name (an email address belonging to me) is already in use. I need to reactivate this account as it is linked to an MSDN subscription which I need to access. Please help, thankyou.
