Hundreds of people have my hotmail.com address and although I can still sign into my account with it. It's not sending or receiving messages. How do I get it back - I can't see a way.

Help. I've renamed my primary alias and now I can't receive emails to my old hotmail.com address. What should I do?
It has taken me this long to write because I assumed that this problem would resolve Itself after a while but unfortunately It hasn't.
As much as I would love to vent my anger on the big wigs or decision makers for making this transition without adequate support. I am just going to detail what my problem is and hopefully get a resolution.
I have been using Hotmail email address for over 15 years with no issues until recently. My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** format.
I have created a lot of what you will call personal folders ( pst) within the online version ( I go to msn.com and click on mail to logon) I am trying to make sure that YOU are not confused with webmail.
After the sudden switch to Outlook.com emails from those folders are missing and the ones in my Inbox only go back a few months.
I have my email set up on my Iphone and Windows 8 computer mail app( IMO- You really should have kept W8 as a Tablet/Phone OS) and left Windows 7 as is !!!!. Hate Vista and 8..Love XP and 7.
After a lot of tweaking and reading I discovered that I have a POP inbox however I am still missing email from my sub folders which I need restored as soon as possible.

under MS advisement I'm starting a new thread on this. Last week I logged into Hotmail account wiht iPad. Went through the prompts for transition to outlook.com. Came to the inbox to find all of my old emails were gone. Checked all of the steps listed under the other thread I posted to (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-email/old-emails-lost-when-hotmail-converted-to-outlook/624a4cc6-7263-442e-954a-b31e3cb3a10f) and so far no success. In this thread most posters were receiving individualized help and I'm afraid that's what I'll need too. I don't believe that account content was lost due to inactivity, but will need someone to help me verify and all of the setting checks did nothing.

I have filled in the form, however I keep getting the message

However I have only just tried it today once today.. so is there only 1 chance per day of getting my Hotmail account back up and running~??
The problem has been trying to get the subjects and messages and folder info - which I'm pretty sure I've got all the details now.
- if admin could contact me I can give them all my details to ?? If you can contact me and I'll jump through some more hoops as required.

I am not receiving emails. Friends tell me they have sent me an email and it does not appear in either my in-box or in junk mail. I have not blocked these individuals. Please advise.

is it a problem or is it designed that way i cant add more than 1 mail id in windows live. if its designed that way than plz tell me how am i supposed to use other mail ids of mine. what is use of such mail client if we can add just 1 mail id.
i tried "mail" in search but it show only mail and custom mail. it doesnt show windows live mail.
i am talking about mail client in windows 8.1 start screen. it doesnt have option for 2nd mail id.

I go to send the conformation code and it has only listed my old validation email address which has been closed a long time ago.
So there is no way for me to retrieve this code, I have previously put a new validation email but has not shown up in the options.
The only thing I am able to do from this stage is send it to the closed account or fill out a validation form. (Validation form i have attempted to do 3 times and each time It was rejected until on the 3rd attempt I received this message:-

Now for the weird thing in this whole mess, I am able to change my password from the most recently updated validation email address which I am able to send password recovery emails too. I have changed the password multiple times in
hopes to be able to override the "It looks like someone else might be blahblahblah" mess. Yet still no progress.
Please help I'm getting desperate here, this email is currently registered to multiple services such as xbox live, music stores, game licences etc.
Its very valued and this has never happened to this extend before.

Last time I had access to this account was through mobile app on my HTC a few days ago.
