I am trying to setup a custom domain with outlook.com and I am getting the following error.

 

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language

 

The domain is the same as the one used in the email for this microsoft account.

Why won’t hotmail remember my sign-in details?

Recently I had to use my HDD Recovery facility. Since then, my Hotmail account won't remember my details and I have to sign in very time I want to use it. Is there a solution to this?

Dear Microsoft,

I received the below message. My issue number is:  94511711. It looks like I am shut out from my account entirely and am recommended to start a new account. I feel I have given valid answers to the security survey and am 100% sure I have gotten my security question right in addition to birth date and other requested info. Through this whole process there was no real person to support me and I have only gotten automated responses with no chance for further questions. 10 years with an email account. Ended just like that.

I access my mail via mobile and do not remember my password because it is already set. Only when switching phones did I realize I no longer remember my password. Even trying to get help I need to sign up to this Forum and forced to sign up for a new Microsoft ID. I have had recent customer experiences with Apple, Evernote and Microsoft you are truly a laggard when held up to your peers. 

Can someone please help me?

I’ve forgotten my password to my email which is not blocked and have no access to linked emails.

I've changed and forgotten my password on my email account I've had for over 6 years *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and can't access it anymore. I've tried too many times guessing it and it's been blocked. Tried sending reset emails but those accounts are parent emails and are not accessible anymore. Also have tried filling out the questionnaire survey filling out as much information as possible but wasn't successful. I can provide old passwords, recent emails, names of private folders, linked mobile phone number to prove it's my account.

I've made this account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as a temporary one for contact.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. 

How to import google contacts into outlook.com instead of linked google contacts.

A user is using China android mobile which don't use google play service.  This service is replaced by anzhi.com market.

The user used Google contacts on exchange service on the china android mobile before. So that he can syn the google contacts on the phone.

Now he changes to use Samsung Galaxy S4 (china android mobile phone) and find that gmail can't support on exchange service again.

The he switches to use outlook.com email which also linked to google contacts. But it won't show on the mobile phone. 

How can he real copy google contacts to outlook.com's contacts? Not use link method. So that the outlook contacts can  syn onto the phone.

Hi!

I cant register my domain for mail hosting because outlook shows this error:

"
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case
"

The domain is www.meetpays.com

I dont know why is considered inappropiate....

Outlook lost emails

I set up an account for my son when my wife was pregnant so I could email him through the pregnancy and the birth and now he is 6 months old. I've sent him another email today which had a failed delivery notification and then went to check it had been received in the account and noticed that there was only the outlook.com welcome message. After this I resent the email and it then appeared in there but all the other emails have disappeared. I have looked on these forums and none of the 'reason for messages disappearing' are valid - ie. not being active for over 270 days, manually deleting them, being 'grouped' etc etc - none of these are valid so where have the emails gone...!
