the 'bob' address by clicking on my name and selecting 'bob' from the drop down menu. The drop down menu shows both addresses. Since this am the drop down menu does not show either address. My account does not show any aliases but does show *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
as (I think ) a security check. Please help. The 'bobniven' address is my work contacts address.
I am not being able to open emails received from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is the email ID of Income Tax department India. I have tried different browsers as well as different computers.
I always get the error:
Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. | Network status.
It is only happening with this particular email ID i.e. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
Even one of the emails from the same ID which I had opened earlier is not being opened now

I haven't received any e-mails (not even the usual junk!) since Saturday 13th July. I suspect it may be due to the change over from hotmail to Outlook but don't know how to sync them!

Today i was trying to change my domain server and DNS records and unfortunately made a mistake and cancel my domain at domains.live.com.
Now , All of my mail box cleared completely, is it possible to recover it ? Does your services keep any backup ?
