I have a very close friend who passed away on Monday, 10/19/2013.  I'd like to close his email account; but I don't have his password.  Can someone tell me who I can call to have he account closed?  He gets a great volume of email daily and I'd like to have it stopped.
I have been using skydrive between my laptop and desktop for almost a year and almost all of my pptx files sync perfectly but every once in a while there is one that says "We saved your changes and will upload them as soon as the current sync with the server completes" but they never upload.  Is the server really syncing still, or is this a false statement that I see only on these pending files?  99% of my other files are uploading/syncing just fine.

I created 2 new Outlook.com accounts several days ago, in order to get over serious email performance problems with my previous provider.

Today I find I am locked out of one of them (the other one is still acccessible ok) When I enter my email address and password, I am immediately returned to the login screen with my details removed from the text boxes.  If I try to reset the password on the account, after completing the Captcha text and entering Next, I obtain a screen saying "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later...."

Just one other thing, a little earlier I requested a password confirmation from another website, to be emailed to this account. Could this be the cause of my being locked out?  When I try to login to the Microsoft Account, I obtain the same login failure, so all the self-help avenues appear to be blocked to me.

I've spent most of the last 3 days transferring contacts and forwarding important mail from my mailbox at my previous provider. I hope I haven't lost all this - please help!

Thanks in advance for your assistance.    BOB

How can I access to my Hotmail.com account? please help me

Thanks

[Original title: Question]

For the past 2 weeks, when I try sending out an email, instead of going out it goes into the Outbox of my Personal Folder. I then have to go into that folder, open the email and hit send again. to get it out.  Comcast cannot help me, and the place I go to for IT support insists it is a setting in Outlook for which they cannot help. They insist I have all Microsoft updates and have no virus.  Can anyone give me an idea of what the problem is? This just started about 2 weeks ago.    It was been suggested that I inactivate/delete  my Personal Folders, but I am afraid to do that since I have no idea what will happen to the email I am trying to get out.  HELP

  I use Windows 7 and Outlook 2010
I can not print an email directly. I can print skydrive documents and attachments to emails but not the email itself.
How can I change the font size in the subject line of mail I compose?  I can only seem to control the font in the body.
My question concerns Outlook and Google 'categories'

I sync Google Contacts (web), Galaxy S2 (Android) with Outlook 2013 desktop and outlook.com. Within Google Contacts I have created a number of custom contact groups e.g 'Friends'. These groups are visible and successfully synchronise across the aforementioned applications and devices. I use a third-party synchronisation utility to effect the sync between Outlook 2013 and Google (web). However, when a contact is edited through outlook.com the saved change causes a new 'uncategorised' group to appear in Outlook 2013 when outlook.com syncs the change back to the desktop. The sync software can detect the creation of the new category and tags it as 'unclassified'; the revised contact will display in Google 'My Contacts' but without the original assigned category. The issue can be attributed to the fact that outlook.com does not recognise attributed categories regardless of the source i.e. Outlook 2013, Android or Google web. Surely a development oversight? The work around is to never edit contact information in outlook.com, but it hardly an ideal solution. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and is there a better solution?
