how to recover an old email account

Hi, 

I have an older email account that I have been trying to access forever, and to my knowledge the information I have provided on the questionaire is as acurate as can be. 
Now it has come to light that some emails that are in my account are needed for a VERY serious legal matter in court. I have not been able to find who to contact, a number an email, anything. Im getting very frustrated and I need help!
These emails are very very important issues, literally a matter of life and death (literally) and I need access! Please help!

I was trying to make email address to have linked to my existing one.  Then i noticed that forwarding is no longer offered due to spammers. So I deleted my new account, but it deleted my existing one too.  Well, i guess it didnt' delete it because it's still there and usable, but all of my history, email, folders and contacts are gone. Help!

Microsoft is refusing to accept the e-mail address I have been using for five years as it says it is incompatible with outlook. Whatever changes I need to make I cannot do if it won’t let me sign in!

Hola,

Ya inicie una discusión anteriormente y todavía no me dan una solución. He intentado mediante el formulario de validación recuperar mi cuenta y me informan que no es suficiente la información entregada. La cuenta fue creada hace de 4 o 5 años, nunca he modificado la contraseña, la pregunta secreta no la recuerdo. Ya van mas de 2 semanas y no la he podido recuperar, si la información que tengo no es suficiente necesito como lo dije anteriormente algún contacto donde pueda enviar mi cédula de identidad escaneada junto con comprobantes de transferencias electrónicas que mis compañeros me han realizado, donde mi información personal se puede comprobar con la cédula.

Me siguen llegando correos los cuales no he podido responder y esto me perjudica profesionalmente.

Agradezco una pronta solución.

I go thru all the steps to remove the junk mail, yet more and different ones appear daily.  What will you be doing at your end to stem the flow?

I get none with my gmail account.

Can’t change billing info for outlook

I have been sent several e-mails saying: "We are contacting you because we have been unable to charge your credit card for your Windows Live Hotmail Plus service(s) being billed to you through Microsoft Online Services. etc. etc." I must have gotten a new card in the last year & forgot to change the information. The e-mail tells me to go to https://commerce.microsoft.com to update it, which I did, and it asked me to update my security information. I no longer have/use the e-mail address it presented, so I changed it.

Now the page says: "We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 8/6/2013, we'll delete your old security info... once this is deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to." Well, now I'm confused because it won't let me get past that, so I am unable to change my card information. How can I do that? The date the updates take effect will be past 30 days, so I am concerned that I am going to lose my e-mail data, images, etc. in the meantime. Should I start moving it, or what will happen? Thank you in advance for your answer(s).

Need help validating age to open account for child

Please let me know what I need to do to validate my age so I can authorize an account for my child.  I've tried multiple times and I always receive the error "Windows Live ID is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."
