I received a call from Miscrosoft Support on 7/17/13.  The person asked if my computer had gotten very slow in the last couple days. I agreed that it had.  He told me he could correct that for me at a cost of $20 and that I must use a debit card rather than a credit card.  I agreed.  He said a Mr. Roger Williams would soon be taking over my computer. They asked for my debit card number plus the security # on the back.  After 2 hours of various instructions (and my computer moving of it's own accord) we became disconnected.  Today I have found that I have been charged $$157.00, $307.00, $157.00 and $307.00 - a total of $928.00.  This is for a 6 year old computer that isn't worth $100!  They gave me a Windows warranty # of 0326543256 and a registration # of 32563259Window if that's any help.

 

Can you do anything to help me?

I cant sign on into my account

I have been unable to sign into m y email for a couple days...the help I have been getting is useless. I try to reset my password but its asking a security question I don't remember, then its asking the subjects of my email which I don't really remember...how can I sign in!!!

I've had a linked Hotmail.co.uk account for sometime and have never had an issue with switching between my main account (Hotmail.com) and the Hotmail.co.uk account.  However, this has completely disappeared and I cannot seem to find it or re-link it at all!  I have tried to link it, but the page is either 'no longer available' or 'does not exist'.  Please help - I really need this account back.

I bought Section 8 in the steam sales and tried to play it today.
This is what happens when i try to log in to windows live

I have been to http://account.live.com and it just takes me to my microsoft account summary. no further help is provided.
What do I do?

i have 2 accounts(emails) that are blocked (possible fishing/frozen accounts) the stupid thing is that both of them are emailing each other with the recovery email and i can't acess it , to put it even worst i didn't put any phone number or security question on those accounts (only used for games and forums... small things).

is there anyway i cant talk to MS directly about this and try to recover my emails by giving them the isp , ip's ? something ?

It just happened after i had a problem with withup dating my security. I tried playing black ops 2 right after, and it signed me out automatically. I signed back in and went to the zombies page. It signed me out again. Anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I just choose a topic



how do i view someone elses skydrive

I have a new skydrive account and when I try to view someone else's skydrive i keep getting re-directed to my skydrive. is there a setting or something that i am missing that needs to be set to allow me to view/edit/update/upload to someone elses drive that has invited/shared with me their location?

I have used two e-mail addresses on hotmail and now there is only one which appear automatically every time when I open www.hotmail.com and I do not know how to open my other e-mail address??????

i have renamed my email account , also my domain have been changed from hotmail.com to outlook.com , i had lost all my emails and also i couldn't receive any email on my old account , please help me
