How can I send an email to someone with an email address xxxx.163.com? I received their email but was unable to respond as the postmaster returned it to me.

I cannot access/see any of my emails from my hotmail account since it has automatically switched to outlook.

I tried to sign on to my hotmail account and found out that I have a new email address now ending in outlook.com. That's fine but what happened to all of the information I had in my hotmail account that I cannot access anymore? NO emails, contacts. No anything. Need help.

I've seen across the forum that the password reset ability for individual accounts is being added on request.
Can I ask for it for the whole domain kiwee.eu?

Coming from Hotmail to Outlook I cannot see a way to set read receipts on mails I send. Is there a way to do this?

I had a Windows Live Hotmail account which has been upgraded to Outlook. I cannot find a way to set read receipt requests on mails that I send. Is there a way to do so?

Sending Email Causes Firefox To Crash

Sending an email in Outlook.com causes my browser, Firefox, to crash. When I hit the send button on an email, Outlook plays the animation that shrinks the email down and sends it off into the ether, and then at the end of the animation the browser closes and pops up Mozilla's crash reporting dialog box.

This is a new development that I only noticed today. Prior to today there were no issues. I have not installed any new software.

Interestingly, the browser will not crash in certain instances depending on the size of the browser window. Specifically, if I resize the browser window small enough so that Outlook shows the name of the email recipient above the body of the mail instead of to the left of the body, then the browser does not crash.

I am using the most recent version of Firefox. I have deleted the browser's cache. I have disabled all browser extensions and plugins. These efforts did not change the crashing behavior.

Specs:
Browser: Firefox 22.0
OS: Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1, 64-bit

Can´t sign in to my Hotmail (Outlook) account ???

For some reason I can´t sign in to my Hotmail account (Outlook.com). Microsoft wants me to add some new security info and verification to my account, and I´ve tried ALL the suggested ways of doing this, several times, but none of them works. I´ve had my Hotmail account for 15 years and I´ve never experienced anything like this before. I really hope someone can help me access my account again ???

Lost my bellsouth email login once outlook activated–hotmail account still works

I can log in using my hotmail address, goes to outlook--and works.  I also had my older bellsouth.net account--could switch from my hotmail by right-click to logout or space down to go to my bellsouth.net account to get emails there.  One day it worked, next day it was gone & I have lost the ability to get to emails under my bellsouth.net account .  When I try to login, using the same login I use for my hotmail--it says to change/activate new password--which i have done numerous time--after they send me a code to install--however--cannot get to emails screen.   thanks for  any help.

multiple hotmail users on one computer switching user accounts

I have multiple outlook.com users on one computer, each has their own account and password.  Up till now I have been able to set up access to each user by signing on into one of them and accessing the others via the drop down which is located under one of the names.

 

This has now been dropped by Microsoft (the excuse is security but really it is another useful service which has been dropped by Microsoft).

 

What happens how is that when I call up http://hotmail.co.uk it logs into the last Outlook.com account I was using and will not let me sign into any other of the family outlook.com accounts.

 

I am using Norton vault to control my various internet accounts.  Until the change by Microsoft when I started to log into one of the accounts Norton provided a drop down menu which listed all of the account names and passwords.  This is no longer showing up when I go to Hotmail.co.uk.

 

How can I sign into the correct account when I keep getting the same account each time?

I have not been able to read or open my email account. When I sign in I get, a message the the Server is down and that it is being worked on. Okay 3 days now.. I have  lost very important emails. When is this going to be fixed?
 I am unable to get an email  for response. due to a server issue ...
