For the last week or so, I can't attach any files, pictures, etc to any emails. I get an error that there is a problem uploading the file. This occurs whether I'm using Firefox, Chrome or IE8. I am using Outlook as my email program. I have checked and
added all Windows updates.

I've had some issues with my hotmail and would like to talk to a real person, instead of getting your same standard answers. It seems that my email has been hacked or something similar, I am not able to enter it, that is for sure, so it would be delightful if I could get it back on track ASAP. I have already tried the recovery, with the clearest answers about what there has been written about in the past emails (before it was hacked), but that wasn't quite enough for you guys. It has been a while since I last tried, but I wrote with KB from your Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/outlook). He told me to contact you by this way, that way you would be able to give me the best conversations and answers.

I am from Denmark, so have me excused for my english, but I hope you get the point, that I am frustrated and just want my account back.

Yesterday all the sudden my hotmail account stopped sending emails and when I deleted and re added the account it was the same thing.

I have two hotmail accounts, or I did. I have either forgotten the password of one of them, or it's been hacked.
Either way, I need to reset the password to regain control. I thought I had each account set up so that a reset link would be sent to the other one if this should ever happen, but I'm having difficulties. The website doesn't give any options for this.
I used a single-use access code the other day but today I've had two codes which didn't work.
On the 'reset password' page, I don't see any image containing any figures; just the following message:
"You've reached the limit for number of attempts. These limits help us protect against spam from automated programs. You can try again later."
The thing is, the first time I had been guessing the password (the number of failed attempts makes me think the account has been hacked). Subsequently I've had this message without any wrong guesses. I deleted my cookies in case that had something to do with it but it didn't help.
Can anyone tell me, is this account recoverable? Like everyone else out there with similar problems, this email account is vitally important to me. Please help!

win settin up an otl ex, ? is asked: what is ur pop3 and sttp, or sumthin like that. hav an otl how find or what r t answers?
created a new alias (the only one on the account). I can use it to log in but when I tired to send email to it the next day from a different email client it was rejected by outlook.com saying it did not regcognize the account. logged back into outlook.com
(via the alias) and the alias does not show up in the options menu. tried to add it again and it says that it is already an alias on the account. it doesnt show up under the drop down for sending from in a new email either. what is up?

I am so disappointed with the decision to not be able to switch between email accounts in outlook.com anymore. I need a solution.....I have 5 email accounts that I need to look at, at one time vs. having to keep logging out of one and go into another. Most are my business accounts and need to NOT have to open all these different browsers and use 2 computers at the same time just to read emails and such.
Please provide me a solution......
