Hi , i cannot view my email. i can only see the microsoft account summary when i login,i cannot view inbox/drafts/sent items tabs etc. Could someone please assist.
This is what appears on the page when i log in :i have removed my email add and personal info for now

must be a problem with microsoft/skydrive.
From there I checked Control Panel>Sounds>Sounds to ensure that there was a sound set and that it played, which it did.
Yet, I still do not receive an audible notification that I have new e-mail and I have no idea what else to try!
I have forgotten my password & security question of my primairy emailaccount, I always logged in using my secondairy emailaccount which was linked and than switched to it, but now that this option is not available anymore I have a big problem. Is there any way to resolve this, I really need to get on it again, I have not been on it for almost 3 weeks now, so I am missing a lot of important information. I really really need this account back. Help me.
