My account has been bolcked as ‘Someone else may be using it’

I've tried several times to go through the validation form process but have failed on each occasion and most recently received an email from 'Jon' advising I come on here to as the question.

The account in question is my *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I can't get the verification sent via email as the address setup as a secondary no longer exists.

I really need access back into my emails as I am waiting on a number of important messages and it is also linked to my Kwahzee88 Xbox Live account.

I couldn't even log on here with it and have had to use my backup account to post this question.

Any help would be greatly received

Can’t add people to existing groups

I have a number of groups set up, but when i add new people to my account i can't add them to the groups. I don't have  a Groups link on the menu. Can anyone help?

I have deleted an unwanted email. However, when I click on 'retrieve deleted emails' it is still there. I have tried all sorts of ways to remove it without success. Any ideas please?

I am not able to see all emails in my mobile - Nokia 5233, from the folders which I have made. Emails  from inbox are displaying.

Does Outlook.com delete emails from the POP folder?

Hi

I recently moved my domain's emails to Windows Admin Center and now access emails via outlook.com. I also use MS Office Outlook 2007 to access emails (using the POP3 server). 

I need to retain all my messages on the server so I checked "Leave a copy of the messages on the server". I found that every few hours Outlook 2007 would re-download all my 150 from the server. The only workaround that worked was to uncheck "Leave a copy of the messages on the server".

I now find that all my messages are going into a folder called POP in outlook.com - which is great because that serves my purpose. But the POP folder is nested under the Deleted folder.

My QUESTION:
Will outlook.com periodically delete all my emails from the POP folder? Or will the emails remain in the POP folder despite the fact that it is under the Deleted folder?

I was told my account was good to go but after changing my email address it still shows the old and incorrect address

When my account was updated this week, several things happened: I couldn't print, but figured that out;  I've lost the sound on the videos; and my games where deleted and I can't install them because my account still has the wrong address - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***???

i was moving my mails form junk to inbox folder, when i click them move they dissppaer from junk

Hi ,i was moving my mails form junk to inbox folder, when i click them move they dissppaer from junk , but they also didnt come in my inbox.These emails were important can nay one tell what happened and how i can recover those
