Emails have recently started disappearing from both my inbox & sent folder. Very frustrating and previous posted solutions are no use. never had this problem before. Help please!!
I renamed my alias then got the error that there was a problem with outlook and to try again later. This showed for several hours so I renamed the main alias back to the original yesterday evening and I still get the same error message. I have reset my
password and still nothing changed. If I try to send an email to the alias it is returned.

Since Hotmail became Outlook I have had problems. I sign into an account and it lists all in my inbox. When I try to open one it highlights in blue but will not open. Also the entire thing is frozen, for example I cannot change from inbox to sent etc.
Very often when attempting to open it shows "error on page." Can anyone help please. I never had any problems when it was Hotmail. Thanks Graham
I'm sick and tired of being ignored by Microsoft about all of the problems they created by FORCING Hotmail users to "switch" to the VERY INFERIOR email client outlook. Does ANY ONE out there have GOOD experiences with a free or NOT free email program that is compatible with Windows on a PC? I'm willing to PAY for a program where the owners of that program CARE about their user base but I wouldn't put a cent in to Microsoft's pockets for any email program they have.
