Changing hosting company

I have a custom domain set up to send and receive Outlook.com email.

I would like to change the hosting of the domain to another company,

The domain name and the email address would remain the same.

What steps do I have to take to make this work.

Do I have to change DNS records on Outlook - if so how? Do I have to change the MX records on the new host? If so, how do I find the information I need. I tried domains.live.com but that does not seem to address my questions.

Playing video clips

Hi,

 

Is there a way to play multiple video clips in sequence like a slide show? I want to upload some home videos but due to the size I have to segment them into 2GB chunks. I would be useful to play all clips through Skydrive rather than play them one at a time manually.

Private Support Usage Question

I came across somebody with a problem similar  to mine. The Microsoft person who responded to him sent him a link to private support. I used that link. Was it okay to use that link or do I have to wait for someone to send me one. When can I expect to get a response. Can I retrieve the private support  message I sent before.

Hacked account

Hi
My account was hacked 2 weeks ago. The back up email address has been deactivated years ago as it was not used anymore
I was previously sent a questionnaire to fill up with details about my account, its folders, last sent messages, people emailed recently etc...
Despite answering these questions, hotmail/outlook said they could not identify me as the main owner of the account
There are personal data stored in this account and as I was unable to recover this account, I wish for it to be erased completely 

How can I do that?!?!?!

Trouble with age verification on child’s account

I am trying to create an e-mail account for my child. I can get through most of the process, however, after filling out my CC info for age verification it tells me there is a technical error and to try back later. I have been receiving the same message repeatedly over the last couple of days. My reply from Outlook said to come here and speak with a Moderator. I am not tech savvy in the least, and am not sure how to contact a Moderator versus the "Community".

Trying to give my child permissions on her new tablet.  After going through the steps and putting in my credit card information for the $0.50 charge I get an error screen.  Please help this has been an issue for over 2 weeks and she still can not use her birthday gift.
