CAN,T YOU ADD A CONTACT TO THE PEOPLE CONTACTS JUST FROM THE E-MAIL MESSAGE??? THIS SHOULD NOT BE THAT HARD TO DO. IT WAS DONE IN HOTMAIL AND WINDOWS LIVE MAIL I BELIEVE.???

I have 2 hotmail accounts but none didn’t work when I log in my usual passsword and bounce me back said wrong password. I need these accounts back please, why? hotmail and bigpond. please advise

the outlook folders search feature is no longer working. Help!

Sometimes a message appears that indexing is taking place. However, immediately after indexing is complete "search" is no longer working.

trouble logging onto Hotmail ?

Everytime I try to log onto my Hotmail aoEverytime I try to log onto my Hotmail account I end up with an error message? The Error claims the following , "your hotmail is a valid .NET Passport. but there was a problem signing in with this passport account.Before you can sign in,you must fix the problem at the .NET Paassport Web site." I clicked on the link on the error notice that takes to the .NET Passport web site. However one there I could not find anything to help with my situation ? unt I end up with an error message? Hi all

in my company we have two Hotmail emails

the first one is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

and the second is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (the one i'm currently logged in from)

the thing is that from 2008 we loosed the password in a way or another of the first one but we was logging to it from second one then going to account alias.

1 week ago u made some Hotmail updates (changes) or it stopped automatically (i don't know why) so u removed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** alias , now it is not an alias any more.

i tried to remember the security question but i couldn't cuz the email is too old (about 10 years old)

i tried to fill out a request several times: i filled out an old pass ,recent emails i sent to them ,my name and age but with no luck

your automated system is rejecting the request

i am just asking u to review my request manually (humanely)

please if u can help i can give u any info u want just reset the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** pass

For the past week or so, I have been getting what I assume to be bogus emails from "Microsoft Account Team" in my junk mail folder. Here is the latest one I received...

The other ones I have gotten are worded a bit different, but essentially the same. The email address on these is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

I guess what I want to know is if I am correct in my assumption that this is bogus or not.

In People- does show Icons but not info. for People. Have to scroll down and put curser over each Icon in People to see info.

When I open People in Outlook.com, it shows the Icons (all the same with A-Z) but no info. about Name & e-mail address unless I put my cursor over each Icon. What happened to it showing info. for Icons In People (Contacts)?

And in regular Outlook.com in Contacts at bottom left shows no Contacts in there..

Cant, this be easy like Hotmail use to be?????????????????

I cannot access my outlook 2010 account

I am using Outlook 2010 and when I try to access/open outlook I get the following message;

Cannot open your e-mail default folders. Errors have been detected in the file c:/ Users/ etc

I have tried starting in safe mode and system restore. but they haven't resolved the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can resolve this problem, I would be very grateful?

I am trying to sign up into my Hotmail account and get an error:

This account can't be used to access Outlook.com

I am clicking as suggested to sign out, but nothing happens after.

What should I do to access my account?
