- When I use File Explorer on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Preview I have the navigation pane set to 'show all folders' and 'automatically expand to folder'.
- On Win8 I use SkyDrive for Desktop, and I place the SkyDrive folder in 'C:\Users\Karl\'; and the SkyDrive folder appears in the File Explorer navigation pane under the Karl Dixon folder.
- Win 8.1preview has Skype for Desktop integrated into the OS.; and the SkyDrive folder appears at the top of the File Explorer navigation pane.
In the last number of weeks. I have received registration emails for Facebook.com, Ask.fm and premierleague.com. I have not joined any of these sites. It appears my email address is being used by another user. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've installed SkyDrive on my main computer (desktop Mac) and upgraded to 100gb storage. I also installed skydrive on my laptop (mac book pro) so I could sync files. It was working fine until this week - every time I open the skydrive application,
to add files to my skydrive folder, change the preferences, etc the application opens for a few seconds then automatically shuts down.
I have tried uninstalling, downloading again and installing - twice.
Please can you help, this means I can't sync files from my laptop to skydrive.com

Over the past few months, a high percentage (possible half) of all emails I receive are duplicated. The emails arrive 10 - 20 mins apart typically. I do not have Outlook.com set to collect any other accounts. This can also occur when someone replies to
an email sent from my Outlook.com email address, but will also occur when an email is sent directly to me.
I've not been able to recreate the problem by sending from external accounts.
Any suggestions?
While testing the new features, I was surprised to discover that non-English characters aren't displayed when a text file is opened. Furthermore, text wrapping isn't working properly:
Each box hides a number of characters, making it impossible to work out what should be there. Is this working as designed?
It makes no difference whether I select a different language at the foot of the SkyDrive page.

Recently deleted mails keeps showing up in my phone (Lumia 920). It doesn't matter if the mail is deleted via Outlook.com or via the phone. What's going on, deleted mails won't be fully discarded until NSA have had time to process them? ;o)
