Is the +20gb storage upgrade available in the UK?
I am only being offered +50gb (£16) or +100gb (£32) with a GPB price but I appear to be able to get +20gb with a USD price ($10)
(I hope this makes sense)

While looking at an email in my "Deleted" folder, I accidently pressed the "Delete" trashcan icon. Is it permanently deleted? I'd like to get this message back! Please help.

I have had a hotmail email for approximately 10 years.
About 3 years ago I stopped using it and moved to Gmail, purely because I was receiving so many junk emails.
I tried to access my original hotmail account 3 years ago or so, with no luck (I had forgotten the password to my 'back-up' email, which itself had no back-up email set up), and microsoft denied my application to reset the password.
I have since come across a situation which desperately requires me to access my original email account, and today I managed to reset the password through a successful application.
I was very surprised when I logged in to see an entirely empty email system, other than for Microsofts 'Welcome to Outlook'.
It is almost like the emails have all been deleted due to inactivity, however I desperately need a couple that I KNOW were in there. There is no sign of anyone to speak to at Microsoft about this, so if anyone could shed any light on this matter I would
greatly appreciate it.

I am trying to set up my phone to check my email. I need the port to be able to do this. I keep getting "unable to open connection to server" msg. using port 110. I have an LG Optimus elite phone
I would like to create a @outlook.com account but don't know how? It won't accept my settings that I used in Outlook
explorer.
I have two PC's running Windows 8.1 Preview that are both having these two problems:
1. Aren't syncing their IE11 favorites and favorites sort order.
2. Stuck syncing the same files with Skydrive. Opening the modern Skydrive app shows the same files in the queue have all been "pending" for the last several days.
I reset all trusted devices on my account and then retrusted both PCs and still have these issues, so I then ran the Microsoft Account troubleshooter and it found these problems with the first PC:
I don't know what the first two errors mean, but the third one is probably because I disabled the Desktop personalization syncing.
I then ran the troubleshooter on PC 2 and got this midway through:
I opened the store (which opened normally) and waited several minutes but nothing happened. So I hit Next on the troubleshooter and it finished with these errors:

How do you use two different outlook accounts on one computer- one for me, one for my husband?
I have a Yahoo email account set up as my alias; however I have been getting a lot of spam at that email address so I was wanting to switch over all my important accounts to my Hotmail account, including my Microsoft account. I keep receiving an error
message along the lines that I cannot switch my alias to a Hotmail.com domain. So I am not sure why this error pops up or why it does but I would like to change my alias.
