I cannot verify my account as it sends the email to verify it to the same account , is there a way I can change the email address so that it sends the verify message to a different e mail address so I am able to verify it ?
i can not open individual emails. they show up on screen and also can not go to 2nd page mof emails.
Ever since Outlook came on line, I have been having problems. Now I can not open my emails. They show up on the screen, but will not open. Also I can not page to 2nd page. Any ideas.
In my outlook, I had 2 gmail account inboxes as sub-folders and now they are gone. They were there last night before bed, anyone know what could have happened to them? I am going crazy!!

I have an unauthorized charge from Microsoft on my credit card account. The notice says that it is for Miscellaneous merchandise.
Since I have never provided that credit card information to Microsoft, I am concerned that it is a fraudulent charge and am planning to file a dispute with the credit card company.
How can I find out what the charge is for?
Now that you people did away with no linking of 2 or more accts; is there an easy way to link or no. Believe me--it was sooooo easy switching between accounts and now it's a pain as you need to log off of one than log on to the other.

About a week ago I started getting prompts to enter a verification code, but everytime I requested it to be sent to my backup email it didn't arrive (I checked all spam and junk filters). Progressively the counter said I had fewer and fewer days to resolve the issue, every day I request the verification code which never arrived.
I also emailed hotmail support who sent a message to my hotmail account (!) rather than my backup email address, with one day to spare I logged in and it wasn't clear if anyone was doing anything to fix the problem. I replied but now cannot see if there has been any response.
Today my hotmail account is locked, verification codes still aren't arriving (again checked all spam and junk filters), other emails are arriving to the backup address fine.
Can someone help with this issue? The circular event process is driving me crazy and I need my hotmail back.

My daughter cannot log into her hotmail account she gets the message your account is not ready, family safety settings not finished. When I click on the link to finish the settings it brings me to a page for windows 8 or RT. I am on windows XP. My daughter
is an adult now so I tried to turn off all of her safety settings and she still could not get in so I tried to delete family member and she still cannot get in. What do I do she needs her account for school.
Basicly my account is blocked i dont know the details cant fill them out the email for the code is spelt wrong. I dont see why you dont give me an option to change the dam thing. But insted i got on live chats you tell me you have added a phone number
option witch i dont see anywhere so please do somthing i need the account back as payments are going out.
