My email account has been stolen by some hacker a called . He has been using my email account until today and I hope I can provide you with the enough information that can retrieve my stolen email. If I'm missing any information, please contact me again to tell you any other needed information.

Updated information and locked out of email account

I updated my security information - changed from an alternative email that I no longer have, to my current cell phone.  It is now telling me it will take 30 days to update this information, and that I cannot access my account until August 30th.  My birthday is the 10th of this month, and I will be heartbroken if I can't send and receive emails from my family on the opposite coast.

why do I have to type my entire email address every time I want to access my Outlook email

before I was switched from Hotmail to this Outlook all I had to do was type the first letter and a drop down menu appeared with my email addresses.  I had just to click on the one I wanted to access and not the entire address.  Can this be fixed?

How do i reply/forward to a single/selective contact in grouped email conversations ?

1. Let's say i have a grouped conversation with 'Conatct A' & then i want to reply/forward a part of that converstaion thread to only 'Contact B'. How ?

2. 'Contact B' replies to the conversation thread & Now i wan't to reply/forward a part of that conversation thread to only 'Contact A' How ?

 

* Do i have to ungroup conversations every time to achieve this ? *

Hi am doing this on my girlfriends account, my account has been hacked I have filled in the forms to be told I have not put enough Information in the form but I have put in all that I can remember. I need this account back as it has important stuff on it
