My concern is that I became aware of information in the inbox that could compromise my identity, i.e. identity theft, and other possible concerns such as payment and security information being available to the hacker.
My son, who is an IT professional pressed that I should request a "security log" from Microsoft to determine the nature of the breach and to assess the threat. I was able to confirm with the Customer Support technician I spoke with this morning that I could email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and a security report would be sent to me in 24 hours.
I appreciate the wonderful service I have received from your company. It appears that your security team recognized the breach and took steps to limit the hacker's access. I am tremendously grateful.

I have a Nokia Lumia 505 and recently I synced it with my Live account, which holds my Skydrive files. Regarding my pictures I have in my phone, the folders I have in Skydrive -that have images- appear to be synced, but when I open one of them, they all
appear in black. I try to open any of them and it says: "Image can't be obtained. May be a connection problem (Try again later). Is the image from another person? May be a problem with its privacy settings".
I DID try again later, but it didn't work out either. I want to know how can I edit this permission and authorization.
I had it working for a week straight last week and I think I used it after my last update so can somebody help me. I know my driver for my video card is up to date and everything. My computer also doesn't load movie files correctly anymore. I did the
dxdiag.exe and it says "Error: Problem getting extra display info"

I want to know why the geniuses at Microsoft saw fit to delete all my contacts when they updated to outlook? I have lost ALL my contacts both personal and business. All the fixes that they suggest dont work. Hey MSN get off your butts and fix this. And
dont try to sell me some premium service. I just want my contacts back. How do I fix it and give us the real fix not some BS fix that you know darn well doesnt work.
I have a friend whose email contributions from his work email address aren't being delivered to my hotmail address, nor my wife's hotmail address. His emails neither appear in our inboxes, our junk folders, nor (though I can't imagine why they would be)
our deleted messages folders. I know that his emails are being sent from his domain mailserver because we are receiving copies of his emails in the content of emails being sent by other participants in the same email threads using "Reply All". So not only
are his messages definitely being delivered to everyone else on the thread who aren't using a hotmail account like my wife and I (most of the other addresses in the email threads are gmail accounts though some are unrelated work accounts), but his email client
does appear to have a valid record of our addresses as "Reply All"s to his messages are reaching our hotmail accounts without issues. We first noticed this about two weeks ago, and since then we've experienced it with 4 or 5 distinct email threads (with distinct
participant addresses) as well as experimented with targeted emails from his account to just either one of us - we have yet to receive an email from him in any capacity (inbox, junk, etc.)
I am only just now learning that Microsoft doesn't seem to provide direct support for this application, and unless someone else out there has experienced the same phenomenon, I doubt this is something "the community" can resolve, but I guess this is all
Microsoft is offering. Hopefully someone can help shed some light on this.

Edit: I should point out that we have a lengthy (1-2 years) history of having received emails from his current work email address without any issues. It's only been the last 2 weeks or so that his emails to our Hotmail addresses have disappeared into
the ether.
