when I try to recover my account through this link https://account.live.com/acsr it shows the error "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist".
Hence, could you some shed some light on how to recover the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account.
Thanks in advance.
My sister's hotmail account has been hacked and she is no longer able to login to it. We have tried resetting the password but the hacker has changed the alternate mail id/ other security info. We tried submitting the recovery form as well, but both attempts ended in a mail saying the information provided was not enough.
How can she get access to her account back? Please help since she has lots of data associated with the account.
Thanks
Sharat
Following a chat with an agent I was inform to log a support request. I did (Ref:<my first reference number>) and Microsoft Responded, but I was unable to see the response (Error Msg:<my email> is not allowed to view this incident.). Then I logged a new support request to escalate the situation (Ref:<my new reference number>) and Microsoft responded again, and again I got the "<my email> is not allowed to view this incident." error message.
Please note that I am able to use my account, I just can't view the response.
Any advice in this regards?
Assuming WLMail 2011 or 2012, open WLMail, Alt, F, O, M, Advanced tab, Maintenace button, check Compact the database on every xx closes.
Change the number to one. Close WLMail.
Wait until Task Manager shows that wlmail has closed.
Reopen WLMail and change the number of closes back to 100.
WLMail has indexes for the stored messages. When an index becomes corrupted, all links point to one email.
Causes of this problem:
Norton or other software (tell Norton to not scan .eml files)
Closing WLMail and immediately closing Windows
Moving large amounts of emails
It did not work
i am trying to add couple of domains in Windows Live Admin Center. Those domains are www.sdepl.com and www.satyamdepl.com. It gives me an error called "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
