My friends email is hacked and we can't get it back, we try everything. Security question is changed and with this we can't get password reset. With hacking the email, somebody hacked and his facebook profile so he can't do nothing. How to get back the
email because he want to regain control on his facebook profile?
I have two hotmail accounts that used to be quite easy to access.. Now, when I click on my name it no longer shows my second hotmail account and I would like to know why? When I go to link them back together again it says that 'option is no longer available'..
What gives? Seems like every time Microsoft has a good program (such as Hotmail) they change it, forcing it's customers to 'go along' with it because, basically, we have no choice.. If I had wanted to use Outlook Express I would have gone with it years ago
but was and am quite happy with Hotmail, except now I have to log out of one account to log into the other and that dumps me out of my homepage, MSN.. I want to link my hotmail accounts back together and would appreciate it if someone could help me do this..

im unable to add my Gmail account in outlook.com
i had 2 step verification in gmail , i had close that service in google month ago.
When i try to add gmail in send and receive accounts in outlook.com i get the following error :

when i sign in to gmail using that link it tells account access is enabled
when i try in outlook.com again. I get the same error.
I am feeling pretty stupid and frustrated not finding a way to do these 2 simple stuffs:
- Add a CONTACT picture
- Add Image to my e_mail signature from my hard disc as any other service allows
Been dedicating the last 3 hours searching in the web and the only thing I found was that in oct 2012 that Add Contact function was NOT available in this "new and improved service" and that we can only add signature image by using html. Sorry for sarcasm
but trying to compete and launch a "new service" that can´t handle simple stuff like that is hard to believe. ALL the contact managers I use or used to use (gmail, outlook 2010, Thunderbird, SalesForce, etc etc etc) those are basic functions and is veeeeery
simple to do it. So, anyone that can show me how to do it here?

I am trying to close my 67 year old mothers e-mail account since it was hacked yesterday. When I try to close the account it says that billing information must be closed out.
- You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.
- You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity.
It will not work because the "billing" has not been cancelled

I was prompted to update my security for my hotmail account on my pc. I did it and could access hotmail, and the next day, I could not access hotmail on iphone email app. However, I could still access Hotmail through safari. I deleted the account in the
