I requested help but was told help is only available if I allow a technician to come on my computer. I did that one time and for 2 years received Phone calls from the unethical technician. So now I'm offered nothing!!!! I'm angry and disgusted with Microsoft. This situation should never happen to anybody.
Microsoft doesn't care about or protect their customers. I paid a lot of money for the program. Why didn't they send me a disc so I could reinstall the program myself?

For SMTP, Gandi support ports 25, 465 (SSL) and 587. If neither 25 nor 587 (with authentication) is working, try 465. In this case, you should specify My server requires authentication on the Servers tab of the account's properties sheet. Click the Settings button, select Log on using and enter the username and password for the account.
On the Advanced tab, change the outgoing (SMTP) port to 465 and select This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
Close down WLMail and wait a few minutes before re-launching and sending a test message. Please post back with any new error message.
I have tried all the outgoing server port options: 25, 465(SSL) and 587. When I first switched to 587 outgoing mail worked for a short time ,and then it went back to not being able to send. I can receive and there is no problem with my ISP. I am pulling my hair out!

When I create or update an email address for a contact on my phone it syncs to Hotmail contacts incorrectly.
For instance if I set up a contact with the name New Contact and an email address of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on my phone.
It will sync the email address to Hotmail as,"New Contact" <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> and not *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as it should.
I am using the Outlook Hotmail Connector add-in so this ends up syncing to my Outlook2010 contacts incorrectly as well.
If I create the same contact and email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
) online in Hotmail it syncs to my phone and outlook correct.
If I create the same contact and email in Outlook2010 it syncs to Hotmail and my phone correctly.
The issue only occurs when the contact is new from the phone or the contact is updated from the phone (even if it is some other field of the contact being updated and the email address is not changed). This results in the email being saved incorrectly on Hotmail and outlook2010. I don't think outlook is playing a role other than Hotmail is updating it incorrectly after it receives the synch from the phone..
This happens to the email address if any part of the contact is updated on the phone and it resyncs with Hotmail..
This is causing a big problem as anytime I try to update any contacts on my phone when it syncs with Hotmail the email address get resaved in Hotmail as "Contact name" <email address> rather than just email address., and this does not work when sending email causingmy emails to not go through and the only way to correct is to manually reenter the email address in outlook2010 or Hotmail.
Any help would be really appreciated.
