cannot access my hotmail account

I recently have not been able to access my account as apparently someone else is trying too.

I went to verify my identity but the secondary email is no longer available, as I cannot remember the details from opening it several years ago.

I cannot remember my secret question answer, least the answer I thought I put doesn't work

I filled in the form to access my account but it's not enough detail to verify my identity

I'd really like some help with this as it would be a major inconvenience to create another and attempt to remember things attached to the account and transfers these things to my new account

Problems with resetting passwords

My account has recently been hacked and has sent an email to my dad and some other random companies like SKY and Origin, in which was a link to an explicit adult site so yeahhh. The other thing is the referral account which I would like to send the reset link to has also been hacked and I think the password may have been changed on it. It also seems that the referral for that account is set up so if I have to reset my password, it will send it to itself. Pointless I Know. The security question for this one is also unknown, I've tried a few. Now you would say the only way to reset the password now is to fill out the questionairre thing where I put as much info as I can in it and hope for the best. I've tried and failed. I don't know what to do as there are some things I need to access and frankly I'm scared that someone I don't know can access it too, they know all my personal details and that freaks me out. I've also tried ringing up customer services and all that does is to tell me to go to a website! Which ISN'T what I want. Help, pleaseee, surely there is another way to access it.

multiple accts

I have 3 accts with Hotmail...in the past I have been able to switch back and forth  to  these accts..I no  longer can, what I did was click on my name/photo. ..while in email  acct,a drop down box would appear with accts..I'd choose which one I wanted to open..I no longer see that option, is there some way to retrieve this option..  Thanks JK

On about four occasions in the past week when n I try to  sign on to my outlook account microsoft tells me I must have a security code because I have access to "sensiitive material." I then  get the security code over my phone or from another e-mail account and submit it. But  Microsoft does not acccept it. The system does allow me to sign in temporarily but  warns me the same thing will happen in four days This has already happened four times in the past 10 days How can I get the system to accept the security code?.  I am afraid my account will be blocked unless I can do that..

All my outlook contacts have disappeared, NEED URGENT HELP!!!

My issue is several months old now. After i switched from hotmail to outlook all of my contacts were present for some time. However, one time i logged on to see that my contacts list was completely empty. These are steps i took to try and fix it:

- I ignored the problem for a while thinking maybe it was a temporary error
- Today i clicked the "restore deleted contacts" button but it said no contacts to restore
- I used internet explorer and mozilla firefox instead of chrome browser. Same error on firefox, and outlook wouldn't open at all in explorer

Since then, i have managed to re-save only a handful of them but there are some very important contacts who i have no other means of talking to.


Can no longer access Outlook.com with educational address

Am sorry 4 bothering I just wanna ask an important thing my hotmail it was ending not @hotmail or @ live or like that it was ending like that @sha.edu.eg my college do it 4 me and nw when hotmail switched to outlook I can't open it any more and I have an important emaila on it can u help me what should I have to do .. Please

Somehow my screen zoomed bigger, how do I adjust it?

While using Outlook Live I did something`that enlarged (zoomed) my text.  How did this happen and/or how do I adjust it?  Thanks!

Can’t sign in

Hi, 

I'm trying to sign in to my live.co.uk account but it won't accept the password and I can't re-set it because the associated e-mail addresses are out of date.  I've filled in the form several times but keep getting the error "We can't show you this page as the server is busy, please try later" 

I know the password I'm typing is correct as it's been the same password for years. 

Please let me know what I can do to re-access this account.

I Can’t Access My Hotmail Inbox

When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.
