I cannot get into my hotmail.com account. It is a 15 year old account. Is there a number or an email where I can successfully treat this matter? I have applied questions here but always get replied with ridiculous answers that send me back to useless links

I've done everything I can to try to get alerts to a different email address other than my live.com address. I used to get them but they quit a while ago. So frustrating! My account was hacked then frozen by microsoft until I could prove I was who I said i was. It took nearly a month to finally get the site to process and approve allowing me access once again. Then I went in to change the password and the page will send
confirmation not only to my new email account but also to the email site that hacked into my account. Now I can't access my account again because I wouldn't send my new password to the bogus email address! Now what am I to do?
Hi, my son has a problem with his Hotmail account. It has sent out a lot of spam to his friends and he has tried to get into his account to change his password. When he tries this he is immediately redirected to a "account recovery page" that asks for
his bank details. He has tried going in from google search page and it is still doing the same thing. On top of that the phone number that is registered with his account no longer exists so he can't even get anything via that route. Can someone help him please?
