Question about Outlook Express

I am trying to restore some old emails received between March and August of last year that have since been deleted. I have tried restoring using the fuctions available in Outlook but was unable to bring back anything close to those dates. Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this matter.

I am having a very hard time closing my hotmail accounts. I have two seperate e-mails that somehow got interlinked together as well. Both have been hacked I think, I am certain that one has. I need to permanently delete these accounts without the 270 day delay. Otherwise hackers will keep accessing my account and it will never be deleted. I would like to delete both these hotmails and accounts.

Please help.  I had to do a backup and restore,  My Pictures, Music and Doc. and games were to be saved, when everything was done. My files were there but they were empty,  I have a Hard copy of my files which I can't get to load.

How to find my administrator password?

I have lost access to my old hotmail account, which was linked with my current account, and there is no way for me to retrieve it, as I have seem to not have linked my phone with my account. Is there any way to contact someone from Microsoft to look into this matter? My correct e-mail was linked with the lost one, before the separation a few weeks ago. The old e-mail is still being used for certain important things, and it's pretty important i regain access to this account. Account recovery didn't help either, as I have not been active on that account for a long time. Thanks in advance!
