Please Help! I urgently need my windows movie maker to work, I used the previous version and when I updated it yesterday it stopped working. When I open it it gives me an error message saying I must check my system requirements, so i did, everything is
correct, I even downloaded Direct X 11. I need to edit a movie urgently, please can someone help me get this working.
For some reason my account says that it has been hacked and now is blocked.
I have tried many times to access my account through the verification form but none of them are going through, and the unblock code goes to a random email address that I do not have. I really need access to it for business reasons.
How do I unblock it?

Thank you for your help on a previous post regarding emails that were lost over almost an 18 month period. I was able to locate some of these in my POP folder. However, others that were lost since the upgrade to Outlook from Hotmail still cannot be found, and some of these are very important.
I am still unable to find emails between 26/06/13 and 07/11/12, it is quite urgent for me to locate some work related emails.
I would appreciate any help you can offer in this matter.

I have had this account since 1998 and have a lot of stuff in there... can some one direct me how to get all my old information into the new email format???
One of my clients has a odd issue. From what I can tell they had a hosted service from Microsoft (not BPOS, but possibly a live.com account with a custom domain) and since they have gone from a local exchange server and now to Office 365. Since the move to local exchange and continuing with the Office 365 service, whenever someone emails from Hotmail it does not always get to them. in most cases we get a cryptic "delivery to this recipient has failed" bounce back. this is not with all email but enough to be noticed. From what I can gather from the Headers (posted below) the email never leaves Hotmail.
From what I can gather I think its if the domain is still in the live.com system and getting in the way of sending. But I cant find any way to get into this to remove it or anyone I can contact.
I would appreciate any advise on this.

My outlook/hotmail account has been blocked for 24 hours. I can still login and receive emails but I can't send and receive a 'account temporarily blocked due to unsual activity' message. I have two options, learn more or close. When I click learn more I am given the option to add a phone number, which I've done and verified but it's still not working.
I submitted a support question and when the answer came through it wouldn't let me see the response.
I have changed my password but can't see any other way of unblocking my account.
Please help!!!!!!!!
I ve been trying this joke of a link for 3 days and nothing is happening. I ve requested various resets but no deal with any of the links. I had the account verified and the link that was send didn't work either!! The email @hotmail was hacked and started sending spam and virus links to my business email account. That is how we find out. Since then I tried everything with no success.
Please don't tell me to optimize my browser, try another computer, another browser and all that good stuff. Done it all and even tried different OS from xp all the way to windows 8! I am still getting the same message! Off course there is no number for
tech support or direct communications besides automated emails that you cannot reply back on....after all I am not a paid MSN member...
So if there is a way that someone can reset the password or send me a link that works I would greatly appreciated!

Im using my Iphone 5 with version 6.1.4 IOS. The skydrive app has extremely slow download rate I use dropbox as well an never have an issue with speed, documents just open quick an download quick no hassle so I know its not my data connection I use my office an home wireless an it does it on both locations networks, my home runs dhcp an office static IP addresses. I believe the problem lays with skydrive because its app specific this problem. I do see there are others experiancing similar issues with speed with the ios app. I would appreciate any help or must we just wait until the next version to be released.
I use the mail app on my iphone to send and receive emails but for some reason , if I send emails they remain unsent. I can only send emails if I log on through Safari of google chrome. How can I fix this. Apple shop seem to think it's a hotmail thing
and that it's been blocked.
Has anyone had the problem with the metro icon changing from Mail to Outlook.com ?
