I can get to my email but after looking at my 1st email I absolutely cannot view the others. Also when I click onto People to send an email from my contacts nothing happens. What is wrong with outlook?
I have a live.co.uk email that I use through Outlook.com on Google Chrome.
In the past it has always auto-refreshed so that the tab at the top of the page showed Outlook (1) when there was a new mail, but from today this has stopped working for some
reason. New mails are only showing up when I refresh the page. Also, it has also stopped syncing email to my Android mobile (using the Mail by Samsung app) which was also working fine until now. I haven't changed any settings and the problem is happening on
2 different computers. Could you let me know how to fix it please?
I have cleared the cache and deleted cookies, closed and re-opened the browser. I have Silverlight installed, and everything looks normal on the service status page.
In addition, email is no longer syncing with my Android mobile, using the Mail by Samsung app.
Please could someone help with this issue, as I'm having to remember to keep refreshing the page to check for email, which isn't exactly ideal.
Hi guys, I´ve just download skydrive and, apperantly I´m no longer able to open my folder on my laptop, which means; I click on windows letf-down corner logo, and then when I choose any functionality like Documents-Images-my own folder nothing happend,
a pop-up messagge appears with a red cross saying "error en la llamada de sistema" or in english "error on the system calls" explorer.exe.
And now, i cannot even open my own files, all this after I´ve tryied to download skydrive. Any suggestions???

I have checked "microsoft service status" and it shows everything is running normally.
The problem started a few days ago when I was configuring a new laptop with windows 8 for my father and it requested and email address, I entered mine (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and after I I tried to switch it to his email address in that computer.
Now I have not access either to my outlook or my hotmail account.
As I can´t enter into my outlook/hotmail account, I kindly ask to send any reponse to my alternate email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have had the same problem since the 6th Aug 2013. Can not send Emails and since this morning Europe time my friends are in the same position. I have been through customer service that said clear all my cookies, clean my history etc. I have changed all

I have had an email with Microsoft for several years. My original email address was @hotmail.com, which was then changed to @live.com, and is now @outlook.com.
Since the creation of my Hotmail email address, I have been using my Gmail account to manage my email - nothing against Microsoft, but I prefer the filtering and folder creation in Gmail over the various Microsoft web apps for email.
Until recently, I was able to send email in Gmail using my @outlook.com address over SMTP.
For the last few weeks, I have been receiving the following error when attempting to send mail over SMTP for my @outlook.com account using the Gmail web app. Screenshots below:
Can you please advise why this error is occurring and what needs to be done to correct it?

I have upgraded recently to Internet Explorer 9 but use the 32 Bit version that work with my Norton - since then my Skydrive keeps asking me to download Silverlight which I did - now I am thinking the silverlight needs to be 32 bit instead of 64 bit which I downloaded, and perhaps that is why it keeps asking me over and over to download silverlight.
Where can I find the Silverlight 32 BIT version that works with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 - 32 bit version

Okay, all I need to know is where the videos I upload from my phone to SkyDrive are. Doesn't seem like something I should need to post about, but there you have it. There are no videos in the Photo folder, and no folder for Videos.
