Dear Sir / Madm,

 

I lost all emails in hotmail inbox while syncing with Microsoft Outlook 2007. Please help. I need to get my emails back. please let me know whom i can contact in specific, or if there is customer care number for thios whom I can caqll for help.

Recover Mesh Files?

Has anyone figured out how to recover/download your files off Mesh? I've tried a variation of 4 browsers and 3 operating systems on different days and times of the week and nothing! Like everyone else, I click on a file and nothing happens. I hope Microsoft extends the allotted time to download these files because of this error which is plaguing what I only assume most users.

Also mods please do not post the same old spiel you've been posting.  We understand that you understand. That does not help. Neither do the links you offer. Most of us are having issues downloading our files, we're not  having issues locating them...

Account temporarily blocked due to unusual activity

Please advise.

I have been unable to send emails for two days from my hotmail account.

When I try to send an email I get the message - Due to unusual activity on your account we have temporarily blocked it.

I clicked 'learn more' and was asked to

1) enter a mobile number to verifiy the account (did this, received a verification code, entered it, no problem with that however problem still exists)

and

2) report to microsoft support (done this twice now - have provided an alternative email address and reported the problem. I have received an acknowledgement to both reports but heard nothing else)


I have logged out completely, and restarted my PC - still not able to send emails,

I can receive all emails though.

this is an email account for a small business and this is now causing us a problem and we are losing work.

Please advise asap how to fix.

I posted about my emails disappearing 2 days ago and received a private reply to which I responded.   I haven't heard back anything since yesterday morning (Aug 7) and am no longer able to view the private message.

server error 5102 windows live mail error 0x8DE20003

Got this error the other day.  Was using windows live e-mail but set up outlook. How do I go back to windows live.  I still get this message.  This started from an e-mail from someone on a secures site and sent to me by mistake.  the email wouldn't open thus gave me this error.

Frequent Contact default when starting new email

How do I remove "frequent contacts" as the default list of contacts when I start a new email.

I want to see my entire list every time I send new email.

 

Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?

On my Windows Live Mail (Outlook) it is showing "Working Offline" and I have not received any e-mails since 6th Aug 2013. A message pops up stating " There was a problem when trying to connect to Windows Live calender"not sure what this means, and then asks if I would like to work online  YES  or  NO I click YES but nothing happens. I have checked the Firewall and thats on. I have checked all Updates and they are all complete. Don't know what else to do?????   HELP !!!!!!

Authenticator codes generated not working

Hi there
I have had the authentiator app enabled on my hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) but today it stopped working and i keep getting an error message "That code didnt work. Check the code and try again.
So when i got back i logged in via one of my saved browsers, deleted the app setting and tried to re-enable the app. When through the set up, entered the secret key into my app (google authenticator app for Blackberry) and got a code. When i enter that code into the hotmail page to complete the setup, i get the same error message.
Can anyone explain why?

Where do I create a brand new email address? I'm not talking about creating aliases, and not a POP3 account.  I've checked several MS sites, and I can't find where to do it.

Hi,

I had to re activate my account information to proof my identity. Because of un authorised access to it.
Now I can access my mail online with outlook.com but not with windows live mail application.
I get the server error 5102 (it's dutch):

Voor het account Live ("..") kunnen geen berichten verzonden of ontvangen worden.

Serverfout: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail-fout-id: 0x8DE20003

I deleted the account in windows live mail and added it again. Still the same error message did occur.

I did the fix it hotfix. It says succesfully repaired. But I still get the error message.
