My problem is that Skydrive tries to open, but is being shut down and a problem report appears. I don't understand the information in this report. I've tried to reinstall Skydrive, but that didn't help. I have Mac OS 10.7.5 installed on my computer.

I have a separate e-mail address I use strictly for my World of Warcraft sign-in, ever since I got hacked with my old email. Keeps everything separated should it ever happen again. This means that there are no E-mails sent from it, no folders created,
just a load of E-mails from Blizzard-EU. non-the less it is an important one to be able to log in to, due to a friend gifting me a month's subscription recently.
Therefore seeing as the password seems to be incorrect since reloading my PC (I usually have most passwords set to auto remember, to avoid keyloggers), I can't remember the Secret Answer and have tried filling in the form 2-3 times now with no luck due to not being able to fill in enough information as to authenticate ownership...I'm kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place :/
This account was linked to my other live account until the recent changes, if that helps i can supply info from that end. Hope to hear back soon.

I have been trying to acces my account (removed) for a while now and i always get the same answer when i try recovery:

Which brings me to my next problem. I made this account when I was 9 and i dont remember what i filled in becuse i was I 9. The account that's been compromised is linked to my Battle.net account, which I've recently found out has also been compromised.
When I tried to log into the game World of Warcraft, my password was no longer recognized and someone had added an authenticator to my account which hadn't been there previously. Blizzard's forums have been blowing up regarding hijacked accounts, usually
by Chinese players, who steal the player's money and gear and then sell it for either in-game currency or real life currency. Thus I can assume that there is a direct link between my Battle.net account being compromised and my Windows Live account being compromised.

I did the whole Silverlight thing (see Jen's answer at beginning of thread 5, same title) and even trashed the current program on my computer and downloaded the new version...nope! that didn't work either after following just about every instruction mentioned
on these pages.
so fess up Outlook professionals....just admit that you're having some pretty big issues with the program and stop telling us all that its US...ok?

I created an account for recruting for my company on hotmail. But I put the company anniversary as the birthdate (nov 2009). Now the system recognizes this as a child's account. I already gave my creditr card and they charge .50 cents for child's permission.
Now every time I go into the recruiting account it asks for parental permission. I tried to change the birthdate for the recruting account but the system wont let me .... how can I fix this?
Does Windows 8 File History back up the \users\me\Skydrive folder automatically & if not how can I make it so? If I store all documents in Skydrive then I want another backup for obvious reasons.
I have tried following the reset procedure suggested. Have tried the verification by text message & I've also done it with a separate email. Both times it says it has been successful but yet I still can't send emails! Help me please... Getting frustrated
